The growing demand for software program professionals has made programming competencies, problem-fixing capability, challenge experience, interview coaching, and profession making plans essential components of engineering schooling. However, college students often face difficulty in figuring out what to learn, selecting the precise learning collection, retaining consistency, tracking development, and preparing systematically for software program-development careers. Existing platforms which include LeetCode, HackerRank, CodeChef, and GeeksforGeeks offer sources for coding exercise and interview instruction, but they typically cope with unique elements of the mastering adventure. This paper proposes iSkillPath, a gamified studying platform that organizes software program-improvement studying into innovative ranges masking programming basics, information systems and algorithms (DSA), mission improvement, resume training, interview education, and process-placement readiness. The proposed structure combines advice, difficultyadjustment, spaced-repetition, reward/XP, development-tracking, and streak mechanisms with a based learner profile. The gadget is designed to adapt toward customized studying by using evaluation and pastime facts to determine the subsequent suitable learning pastime.
