The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming modern workplaces by enabling organizations to automate routine tasks, enhance decision-making, improve productivity, and provide intelligent support to employees. Rather than completely replacing human workers, emerging AI technologies increasingly facilitate collaboration between humans and intelligent systems. This study examines the opportunities and challenges associated with Human–AI Collaboration in the Workplace. The study focuses on how AI can complement human capabilities through data analysis, predictive insights, personalized assistance, process automation, and improved operational efficiency. At the same time, challenges such as employee resistance, job displacement concerns, lack of AI literacy, data privacy, cybersecurity, algorithmic bias, ethical issues, and overdependence on automated systems may influence the successful adoption of AI. The study highlights the importance of developing effective human–AI interaction, employee training, organizational policies, and responsible AI practices to ensure sustainable collaboration. The findings are expected to provide insights into how organizations can leverage AI while preserving human creativity, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and decision-making capabilities. The study concludes that the future of work is likely to depend not on humans versus AI, but on the effective integration of human expertise with AI capabilities.
